To use certain features of our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolunic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
